STEP 1: Talk with us.
Tell us about your company and what positions you are needing filled. Using what we learn, we will select three pre-screened candidates from our resume pool that we think could be a good fit.
You can be as involved as you want. If you want to be hands-on, we will set up an interview schedule for you to speak with all three candidates. If you need a candidate in a hurry, we can help pick one for you.
STEP 2: Talk with candidates.
For the hands-on approach, we will facilitate interviews with all candidates so you can discover who the best match is for your position.
After you decide on a candidate, we will begin onboarding. This involves signing a business agreement, setting a training schedule, and getting set up as an Open World partner.
Then, you train your new talent your way! You will be in direct communication with them, and you will be their only boss.
