As a new up and coming freight brokerage Fuego Freight was commited to expand. Due to the tough transporation market as well as a difficult employee situation in the US. Fuego Freight decided to go international. with the help of OWHR, Fuego Freight was able to expan from a three person team to a 12+ people company. Thanks to technology and OWHR Fuego Freight now has a satelite office where most of their operations happen.

With this vision in mind, we partnered with  the FF team to explore how we could create a cross-country team to grow their company. Following creative discovery sessions, we were able to create and deploy a campaign that created unprecedented buzz and increased user interaction by more than 20%. KPIs were exceeded and the project was an outstanding success.

Role

Open World HR built a full team in Mexico City for Fuego Freight LLC, Including 2 sales people, 2 account managers, 4 transportation procurement reps and a director.
